The restoration of this 1880's log house included the modernization and reorganization of the interior living spaces. Halpern Architects integrated an eclectic  mix of old and new, expanded the structure, allowed for a grand waterfront view, and creatively used interior space to open up  the living areas yet keep an historic perspective.

Due to structural problems the original structure had the east wing roof taken off and the entire right wing was disassembled to the foundation. A new second floor addition and wing, provided the owners with a new Master Bedroom Suite and Bath as well as a 2 Bedroom Guest Wing

This residence was featured on House and Garden TV and The Lynette Jennings Show
